Reviews are an important part of your Digital Marketing.
Customer reviews can be defined as feedback from a customer who has purchased or used a product and these reviews help other users in deciding whether to use that product or try another one. Customer reviews help the company in boosting their sales and it can increase the sale of the company more than doing marketing with a paid ad. When a potential customer is deciding to do business with you Reviews of your products, service, and/or your company play a Large Part in their decision.
To get more leads, a customer should be able to leave a review in a few clicks, any longer and they will be less likely to leave a review, unless they are unhappy. If you send them a long list of instructions or tell them to follow these procedures later when they have time, it is less likely to happen.

You should be able to easily answer every review that comes in for your business. Responding to a bad, good, or great review shows you as a business care what your customers think. Lets start with an old saying. A happy customer may tell 10 people, but an unhappy customer will tell 100. That was before the internet made it possible to tell Millions. The best way to take the wind out of someone’s sail is to address the problem, and quickly offer a solution. Things happen, but nobody can be mad for long if you fix the problem as soon as possible. This will have the additional benefit of improving your customer service and reputation of your company.
Think about how you buy online. You search for a product that you are interested in. Then you look for reviews about the product and company you are about to buy from. If red flags come up, you may not buy the product or even pay more from someone else.
After providing a sales or service to your customer, you can send them an email thanking them for their purchase and ask them to leave a review by following the link in the email. Thanking them first shows you appreciate them as a customer.
Apart from all the ways to convince the customer and get a review, giving a good experience to your customer is the most important factor in increasing the number of reviews from your customers. If your products are good, customers will surely think about helping you by giving you positive reviews. Customer Service has never been more important.
If you have 5, 5 star reviews and your competition has 200 reviews that are mostly 4 and 5 star which would you choose.
The side benefit of having your employees asking for reviews, they are aware that the customer is evaluating their work.
